A pediatric therapy practice had an existing web site created by one of the owner's relatives. It was incomplete, out of date, didn't have facilities for including any of the information that they provided on bulletin boards to their walk-in clients, and couldn't be easily updated by staff.

Kappa Computer Solutions, LLC created a web site to address all of these issues, including:

• A custom template
• Contact and location information
• Descriptions of services
• Policies and billing forms
• A calendar of internally and externally sponsored upcoming events
• Links to additional web resources
• The ability for staff to add their own content through "WYSIWYG" (what you see is what you get) editing

They are considering adding an employee-only section for document templates and scheduling.
